Shipping Policy

Crystal Database ships within Canada and the United States. We are not able to ship outside of these countries at this time.

Shipment processing time

We aim to process most orders in 1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates

Orders totalling more than $75 USD ship for free. Order below the $75 USD threshold will include a $5 USD shipping fee.

USA orders are shipped with USPS. Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Crystal Database is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier and contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS or Canada Post. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Crystal Database will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Hassle Free Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your crystal purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out within 30 days of your order to initiate a return. All returns require an RMA number and must be sent via USPS to our returns department in Alberta, Canada. Parcels sent without an RMA number or to the incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
